Privacy notice

iLovePhysio stores the account details needed to provide the service: your name, email address, role, territory, login sessions, access entitlements, bookmarks, and lesson progress. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by iLovePhysio.

Why data is used

We use this information to authenticate you, deliver purchased or subscribed content, remember learning activity, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and meet legal and licensing obligations. Security logs may include a pseudonymized network identifier and request identifier.

Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with service providers required for hosting, email, payments, storage, monitoring, and content delivery, subject to appropriate agreements. Account and learning data is retained while the account is active and afterward only as required for security, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data through the support channel published on the Help page. Some records may need to be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it.

Important scope

iLovePhysio is an education service and is not intended for patient records or other clinical personal data. Do not upload identifiable patient information.

This notice must be reviewed by qualified counsel and updated with the final company identity, contact address, vendors, retention periods, and launch territories before production launch.
